All analysis, statistics and research show that both companies and society are gaining from diversity. A prerequisite to achieve diversity is to create an inclusive work environment which recognizes the different individuals, gives them the mandate and space needed to enable them to work effectively and delivery fully. Many believes that diversity is only about employing people with different cultural background, different sexual orientation or individuals with a disability.
